This in-person event is designed exclusively for women who want to prioritise self-love and self-care, focusing just on you! and connecting to other like-hearted women in a very cosy, nourishing & warm environment.

During the retreat:

- We will practice restful Yin Yoga (see below)

- Vagus Nerve exercises to unwind your nervous system

- Have detoxifying flower and salt foot baths

- Rose purifying facial masks

- Learn self massage (hand and foot reflexology)

- Share lovingly prepared healthy vegetarian lunch

- Journal and refelect on our life in 2023, set intentions for 2024

- Breath, Move, Dance!
