Sacred Circles
Gathering in circles is as ancient as the first human communities. There is inherent magic & healing in coming together with our hearts and authentic selves in a ritualistic way. This sacred nourishing ritual has lost its prominence in everyday socialisations. I am deeply passionate about bringing people together for a higher purpose: to experience deep authentic connections, sense of unity, community heart healing for sorrows and griefs, inspirations, creativity, belly laughters & shared joy. Although supporting others in one-to-one sessions has led to significant shifts for clients, I have witnessed a whole different level of healing and transformation in those who have joined the day retreats or monthly circles. When we gather in community with love, authenticity and the intention to heal & expand, we can sense a higher presence joining us around the circle.
One of my absolute favourite offerings! We spend a body and soul nourishing day in Epping forest together, to realign with Nature as well as our inner wild essence. This retreat day includes forest bathing, authentic movement, voice and sound practices, Breathwork, shamanic drum journey, Yoga Nidra, Rose or Cacao ceremony, laughter, soulful connections and sharing yummy food.

A 3 hour journey to meet & love your inner child. A special process of heart clearing & opening to love. We'll have an immersive group vocal healing process, a deep group Rebirthing Breathwork session guided by the beats of a shamanic drum and healing frequencies: we journey into our own heart space to heal the inner child! We will complete the journey by a heart warming Cacao-Rose ceremony and a traditional Rose petal blessing ritual 🌹🌹🌹
There is an ever-growing need and desire for regularity in being with a supportive community of beautiful beings who are on the path of conscious evolution and sacred connections. We have been gathering every last Wednesday of the month in a warm supportive circle of women. We go on a healing immersive journey of healing sounds and voice. We will also and we share our hearts, desires and hurts with each other in a meditative tea ceremony.

In our monthly song circles, through sacred songs from different corners of the Earth including Bhakti (Sanskrit), Mystical traditions, and Earth-Based Spirituality we align to the living Spirit in all of us; we create waves of love and allow the energy and flow of the sacred sounds, our collective power, and our healing throats and hearts to bring us back to vitality, peace, ecstasy, joy and connection. I can't think of a better way to spend an evening!
